SIEMENS – NICS lab
Since 2006, NICS has collaborated with the multinational company Siemens in different European projects in the field of security and the Internet of Things. The first collaborations focused on the secure integration of sensor networks in industrial environments. This was followed by collaborations in the field of privacy, which gave rise to the co-direction of a doctoral thesis. At present, joint research is underway in the framework of the H2020 CyberSec4Europe project, developing industrial security systems based on Blockchain technologies in the sphere of supply chains.
